Shipping policy
We are committed to giving you as fast a delivery as possible. Please bear in mind that orders must be processed before they are shipped. These are two separate processes. Therefore, our order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see displayed at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We are committed to efficiency. If we receive your order during a time of high order volume, your order might be delayed. We will fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Delays might also occur while your order is in transit to you. If your order has been given to the postal or delivery service for transportation, we are not responsible for complications that may arise under their supervision. Please see the section “Refunds, returns, and exchanges” to contact us if you believe a shipping problem has occurred.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping for orders within the U.S. that are $50.00 and over.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time, but it is our sincere desire to do so in the future. If you would like to order something from us but cannot because we do not currently ship to your country, please let us know so we can consider how to best make our products available to you in the future.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days for domestic shipping after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at wecare@hannahcarrollstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We offer a variety of delivery services to enable you to choose the best one for your needs. It is your responsibility to choose a carrier that can deliver to you. Unfortunately, some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. boxes. Carefully choose the carrier and destination address to prevent complications.
UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you give us a P.O. box address when ordering and select UPS as the shipping service, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
